It's truly an old-school gym; the equipment is heavy-duty, no integrated weights, the atmosphere is relaxed, and what it lacks in technology it makes up for in price and ambiance.

Good gym, equipment for almost everything, it doesn't get too crowded and you can do your routine at ease. If you want, you can ask the instructor for advice and it's very relaxing, and the price is affordable.

It's an excellent option for getting in shape. The quality of service, in my experience, is reflected in the attention provided by the instructors and staff, who together create a unique environment.

If you enjoy old-school training and aren't fussy about your weights, this place is ideal. It's not crowded, you don't have to wait in line for the machines, you can train peacefully at any time, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It has that classic, underground vibe; machines, weights, and plates alike. Highly recommended.

Cx service sux but you can sure as hell get the work out you need... Ppl here are nice overall!
